RETURNS & REFUNDS 
The product we sell is seafood and its storage conditions require special attention. Even a slight temperature difference can cause Our products to spoil. We deliver the product to the customer in special packaging, but unfortunately, we cannot accept any return process, considering the possibility that these rules are not followed during the return.
